Information we collect
The starter-pack form asks for your first name, work email, company name, role and which country library you want (Australia or New Zealand). We collect this only when you submit that form — browsing the guides on this site requires no information from you at all.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard technical data for every visitor — IP address, browser type, request logs — the way any website's infrastructure does. This is used for security and performance, not to identify you personally, and we don't access it directly.
How we use it
- To deliver the starter pack and email you a copy of the download link.
- To understand, in aggregate, which templates are most requested.
- If you leave the updates checkbox ticked, to occasionally email you when a template you downloaded changes materially.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing sequences beyond what the form itself describes.
Third parties
We use Skaffold to store the contact details you submit and to send the emails described above. We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and content delivery.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by replying to any email you receive from us. Every email also carries an unsubscribe link you can use at any time — that removes you from future template-update emails immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the site or our providers change. The version that applies is the one published at the time you use the site. See the Disclaimer for what the guides and templates themselves are and are not.
